Jan Valkier is Managing Director of Anthony Veder Group NV, a specialised shipping company in Rotterdam. He joined Anthony Veder in 1992 and became Managing Director in 1999 having previously worked for Shell International Trading Company and Shell International Petroleum Company in London. Mr Valkier is a Dutch citizen and holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

Naud van der Ven is a Chief Financial Officer with 20 years of experience in companies in transformation (sales of those companies between euro 50 million and 6 billion). He started his career at McKinsey & Company. Mr van der Ven is a Dutch citizen and holds a MBA from Chicago Booth and a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Leiden.
